Direct Primary Care, sometimes referred to as “Concierge Medicine”, is a primary care model that emphasizes direct doctor to patient relationships.
Duncan Health Direct follows a subscription-based model allowing us to maintain a smaller number of patients, allowing us to dedicate more time to your care, and develop a strong relationship.

- We offer same or next day appointments for our clients. You’ll have Direct Access to your doctor when you need it, and not have to be screened by a front desk or wait days or even weeks to see your physician.

- Our Physicians will work with you directly to navigate and manage prescriptions, preventative care and testing, laboratories and images, and specialist referrals.
- Home Visits and Telemedicine
- In addition to standard office visits, Home Visits can be available for subscribed patients for no extra fee.

- A smaller patient panel allows us to spend more time getting to know you on an individual level, coming up with comprehensive care plans individualized to your needs.

How Much Does It Cost?
Duncan Health Direct operates on a simple, flat monthly membership, with no surprise bills and no per-visit fees. Your subscription covers unlimited office visits and direct communication with your physician.
For 2026, membership is $249 per month, billed monthly.
If something falls outside the scope of primary care (such as medications, labs, imaging, or specialized equipment), we’ll discuss costs with you up front so you can make informed decisions.
Does this Subscription Replace Insurance?
No, our subscriptions are not a replacement for insurance, and we recommend you continue to carry high quality insurance or a health share plan for emergencies, prescriptions, lab testing, specialist care, and other health care expenses outside the scope of primary care.
Will my insurance cover the subscription fee?
Unfortunately, most insurances will not cover the subscription fee.
What if I need Specialist care or Hospitalization?
Your Duncan Health Direct physician will coordinate directly with you and communicate with your hospital doctors and specialists to ensure you are getting the care you need.
