Florida born and raised, Dr. Cory Duncan has been serving patients throughout the Greater Jacksonville area since 2016. As the founder of Duncan Health Direct, Dr. Duncan created a practice rooted in relationship-based medicine and personalized primary care.

His Path to Medicine
Dr. Duncan received his Medical Degree (MD) from The Florida State University College of Medicine in 2013. He went on to complete his training at the Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, where he had the opportunity to learn under respected physicians serving the North Florida region.
He has been practicing medicine across St. Johns, Duval, and Clay counties since 2016, and caring for individuals and families at every stage of life.
